Confirmation: Reservations should be guaranteed by a valid credit card or Paypal deposit, which will be refunded in case of cancellation subject to the cancellation policy below. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us.

Fez can be a bit disorienting at first. To ensure your smooth arrival at our door, do try to let us know when and how you will be arriving so that we can arrange a taxi transfer or send a porter to assist you with your bags from the nearest medina gate.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed room reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the value of the reserved stay. For cancellations within one week of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card supplied.

For dinner reservations for parties of 4 people or more, we require a credit card number in order to confirm the table. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking will be charged the full amount.
